Contractor, (Smalll Business Administration 8a) headquartered in Memphis,
Tennessee. Other state certifications include State of Tennessee,
Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.

As business development consultants, BANA has conducted a myriad of
Business Development Plans and Program Process Reviews for various federal,
state, private, and public organizations. Our expertise includes examination
of key business processes, departmental goals and productivity outputs,
along with reviews of departmental strategic plans and funding levels to
develop improved programs and cost savings. Our focus is business
development and project management.
