HISTORY
Technical
Management and Past Performance
June 2005, BANA celebrated
10 years of providing professional consulting
services to various business industries throughout North America.
With
more
than six years of offender program management, BANA has been responsible
for
over $50 million in proposal development and program implementation
contracts.
Early1996, BANA began working
with community development organizations,
securing over $10 million in funding to develop affordable housing in
the
Rural Mississippi Delta and surrounding areas. The funding provided
social
and economic development for non profit agencies such as MACE - Mississippi
Action for Community Education, (deltamace.org) and QCDO -Quitman County
Community Development - (QCDO.org).
Late1997, BANA developed
a Computer Repair Curriculum for Corrections
Corporation of America (CCA) juvenile offenders. The program is classified
as Certified Job Training that incorporates reentry services. (One of
the
first successful reentry programs to be implemented in a correctional
setting).
In 1999, BANA designed and
implemented the first certified computer training
program in the federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). The BOP's Unicor Program
continues to use this program to produce and manage quality services
for the
government.
In 2000, BANA designed a
Technology Curriculum for the MS Department of
Corrections RID (Regimented Inmate Discipline) Program (Parchman, MS).
The
grant funded curriculum has successfully integrated Certified Career
Training and Job Skills for offenders who were being released back into
society after serving a reduced sentence of six months.
Over the years, BANA has
built a strong track record for developing
successful programs and business ventures. We have helped the world's
largest corrections systems develop and manage correctional facilities
with
a full array of services that render dignity, respect, safety and
rehabilitation to the market they serve.
Today, BANA continues to
provide professional business development services
and implement innovative programs for businesses throughout North America.
